How to Embed a LinkedIn Feed on Squarespace

Squarespace lets you add custom HTML with a Code block. Paste the LinkedIn widget code into a Code block on any page, save, and your widget appears.

Step-by-step: add a LinkedIn widget to Squarespace

  1. 1

    Create your LinkedIn widget

Sign up for free, click New widget, choose Person or Company, and paste your LinkedIn profile or company page URL.

  2. 2

Customize and copy the embed code

Pick a widget (posts feed, profile card, company page, certifications or projects), match your brand, then open the Integration tab and copy the code.

  3. 3

    Add a Code block

Edit the page, click an insert point (+) and choose Code from the block menu.

  4. 4

    Paste the code and save

Paste the embed code, make sure the mode is set to HTML, then click Apply and Save. Preview the page to see your widget.

Your embed code looks like this

Copy the exact code, with your widget ID, from the Integration tab in the LinkedEmbed dashboard.

<div class="linkedembed-widget" data-widget-id="YOUR_WIDGET_ID"></div>
<script src="https://www.linkedinembed.com/embed.js" async></script>

Tips for Squarespace

  • JavaScript in Code blocks requires a Squarespace plan that supports custom code. On other plans, use the iframe snippet from the Integration tab.
  • Squarespace may hide scripts while you're editing. Check the page in preview or on the live site.

LinkedIn on Squarespace: FAQ

Which Squarespace plan do I need?

Scripts in Code blocks need a plan with custom code support. If your plan doesn't allow it, the iframe snippet still works.

Can I add the widget to a blog post?

Yes. Add a Code block inside the blog post content, the same as on a regular page.
