How to add a LinkedIn feed to Strikingly
Strikingly adds custom code through an HTML section. Add a new section, choose Advanced → Embed & HTML, select HTML, paste the LinkedIn widget code and publish. Embedding HTML needs a Pro or VIP plan.
Step-by-step: add a LinkedIn widget to Strikingly
- 1
Create your LinkedIn widget
Sign up for free, click New widget, choose Person or Company, and paste your LinkedIn profile or company page URL.
- 2
Customize and copy the embed code
Pick a widget (posts feed, profile card, company page, jobs, recommendations, certifications or projects), match your brand, then open the Integration tab and copy the code.
- 3
Add an Embed & HTML section
In the site editor, click Add new section, then choose Advanced → Embed & HTML.
- 4
Choose HTML and paste the code
Click the new section, choose HTML, paste the embed code into the field and click Save.
- 5
Publish and check
Publish your site. Custom code isn't visible in the site editor, so check the preview or your live site.
Your embed code looks like this
Copy the exact code, with your widget ID, from the Integration tab in the LinkedInEmbed dashboard.
<div class="linkedembed-widget" data-widget-id="YOUR_WIDGET_ID"></div>
<script src="https://www.linkedinembed.com/embed.js" async></script>Tips for Strikingly
- HTML embedding is available on Strikingly's Pro and VIP plans only.
- Some Strikingly help articles call this option App Store & HTML. It's the same place: Add new section, then the HTML option.
- Strikingly sites are often one long page, so place the section where visitors look for proof, such as right after your About section.
