How to add a LinkedIn feed to ClickFunnels

ClickFunnels embeds custom code with its HTML/JS element. Add it to a row, click Open Code Editor, paste the LinkedIn widget code and save the page.

Step-by-step: add a LinkedIn widget to ClickFunnels

  1. 1

    Create your LinkedIn widget

Sign up for free, click New widget, choose Person or Company, and paste your LinkedIn profile or company page URL.

  2. 2

Customize and copy the embed code

Pick a widget (posts feed, profile card, company page, jobs, recommendations, certifications or projects), match your brand, then open the Integration tab and copy the code.

  3. 3

    Add the HTML/JS element

In the page editor, add a Section and a Row, click the orange + (Add New Element) button inside the row and pick HTML/JS from the MISC (Miscellaneous) category.

  4. 4

    Paste the code

Open the element's settings, click Open Code Editor and paste the embed code. The code is applied to the element when you close the editor.

  5. 5

    Save, then preview or publish

Save the page and preview or publish it. The editor shows a CUSTOM JAVASCRIPT / HTML placeholder instead of running your code.

Your embed code looks like this

Copy the exact code, with your widget ID, from the Integration tab in the LinkedInEmbed dashboard.

<div class="linkedembed-widget" data-widget-id="YOUR_WIDGET_ID"></div>
<script src="https://www.linkedinembed.com/embed.js" async></script>

Tips for ClickFunnels

  • Don't add <html>, <head> or <body> tags: the element already sits inside the page body. The LinkedInEmbed code doesn't include them, so paste it as is.
  • Use the element's control panel to show the widget on all devices, desktop only (771px and wider) or mobile only (up to 770px).
  • The code editor flags syntax errors such as unclosed tags. If it lists one, copy the code again from the Integration tab.
  • ClickFunnels Support doesn't troubleshoot custom code. If the widget doesn't appear, see LinkedIn feed not showing? Fixes.

LinkedIn on ClickFunnels: FAQ

Why does ClickFunnels show “CUSTOM JAVASCRIPT / HTML” instead of my widget?

The page editor doesn't run custom code; it shows that placeholder instead. Preview or publish the page to see the widget.

Where is the Custom JS/HTML element in ClickFunnels?

In the current page editor it's called HTML/JS and sits in the MISC (Miscellaneous) category of the Add New Element menu. Older help articles call it Custom JS/HTML.

Which LinkedIn widget will you add to ClickFunnels?

Every widget uses the same embed code, so the steps above work for all of them.
