From the job postings of your LinkedIn company page. The widget shows the newest open roles, so new postings appear and closed roles drop off as the widget refreshes.

Do candidates apply on my website?

No. The Apply button opens the job on LinkedIn, where candidates apply through LinkedIn as usual. Your website is where they discover the role.

How often is the jobs list updated?

The list refreshes while the widget is being viewed, at most once per refresh interval of your plan: every 72 hours on Free, every 24 hours on Pro and every 30 minutes on Essentials.

Can I use the jobs widget with a personal LinkedIn profile?

No. Job postings belong to company pages, so the jobs widget is available for LinkedIn company pages only.
