How to embed your LinkedIn feed on a website
Quick answer
LinkedIn only lets you embed one public post at a time. To show a feed that updates itself, use a LinkedIn widget: paste your LinkedIn profile or company page URL into a tool such as LinkedEmbed, style the feed, then paste the embed snippet into your website builder's HTML or code block.
Your two options: a single post or a live feed
LinkedIn has a built-in “Embed this post” option for individual public posts. It's free and works well when you want to feature one specific post. It doesn't show your latest posts, so the embed never changes after you paste it.
A feed widget shows your most recent posts and refreshes on its own, so new posts appear on your website without editing the page again.
| LinkedIn “Embed this post” | LinkedIn feed widget | |
|---|---|---|
| What it shows | One post you choose | Your latest posts, updated automatically |
| Company pages | One post at a time | Yes, the full posts feed |
| Personal profiles | One post at a time | Yes, the full posts feed |
| Design | LinkedIn's fixed design | Theme, colors, fonts, layout |
| Cost | Free | LinkedEmbed: free plan with 1 widget |
Only need one post? Follow the single LinkedIn post guide. You don't need a paid tool for that.
How to embed a LinkedIn feed in 4 steps
- 1
Create a free LinkedEmbed account
Sign up with email, Google or Apple. No credit card is needed for the free plan.
- 2
Paste your LinkedIn URL
Click New widget, choose Person or Company, and paste your public profile URL (linkedin.com/in/…) or company page URL (linkedin.com/company/…).
- 3
Choose the posts feed and style it
Pick the posts feed, then set the number of posts, cards per row, text length, theme, accent color and font. The live preview shows exactly what you'll embed.
- 4
Copy the embed code into your website
Open the Integration tab, copy the snippet and paste it into an HTML, code or embed block on your site. The widget sizes itself to fit its content.
Where to paste the code in your website builder
If your builder strips script tags, use the iframe snippet from the Integration tab instead. It needs no JavaScript but has a fixed height, so set the height to fit your widget.
| Builder | Where the code goes | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| WordPress | Custom HTML block | WordPress guide |
| Elementor | HTML widget | Elementor guide |
| Wix | Embed Code → Embed HTML element | Wix guide |
| Webflow | Code Embed element | Webflow guide |
| Squarespace | Code block | Squarespace guide |
| Shopify | Custom Liquid section | Shopify guide |
| Framer | Embed component (HTML) | Framer guide |
| Plain HTML | Paste into the page | HTML guide |
| React / Next.js | Placeholder + script | React guide |
What it costs and how often the feed updates
Every widget type, including the posts feed, is available on every plan. Plans differ in how many widgets and LinkedIn sources you can use and how often data refreshes from LinkedIn.
| Plan | Price | Widgets | LinkedIn sources | Refresh interval | Branding |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 1 | 1 | Every 72 hours | “Powered by LinkedEmbed” link |
| Pro | $12.99/mo (15% off yearly) | 3 | 2 | Every 24 hours | None |
| Essentials | $29.99/mo (15% off yearly) | 5 | 5 | Every 30 minutes | None |
Common problems
- Widget doesn't appear in the editor: many builders, including Webflow and Squarespace, don't run custom scripts in the editor. Check the published page.
- Widget is cut off on Wix or Framer: these builders put embeds in a fixed-size box. Make the element taller.
- New post isn't showing yet: the feed refreshes at most once per your plan's refresh interval.
- More fixes in LinkedIn feed not showing.

Create a free widgetFrequently asked questions
Can I embed a LinkedIn feed for free?
Yes. LinkedEmbed's free plan includes one widget of any type, including the posts feed, for one LinkedIn profile or company page. It refreshes every 72 hours and shows a small “Powered by LinkedEmbed” link.
Do I need a LinkedIn API key?
No. You paste the public URL of a LinkedIn profile or company page. There's no developer app, API key or LinkedIn login to set up.
Does an embedded LinkedIn feed slow down my website?
The impact is small. The loader script is a few kilobytes and the widget loads lazily in an iframe that doesn't block your page.
