How to add a LinkedIn feed to Divi

Divi's Code module lets you add HTML and JavaScript anywhere in a layout. Insert a Code module into a row, paste the LinkedIn widget code into its Content tab and save the page.

Step-by-step: add a LinkedIn widget to Divi

  1. 1

    Create your LinkedIn widget

Sign up for free, click New widget, choose Person or Company, and paste your LinkedIn profile or company page URL.

  2. 2

Customize and copy the embed code

Pick a widget (posts feed, profile card, company page, jobs, recommendations, certifications or projects), match your brand, then open the Integration tab and copy the code.

  3. 3

    Insert a Code module

Open the page in the Divi Visual Builder. Click the green plus icon to add a row, then the gray plus icon inside the row, and choose the Code module (or search for it).

  4. 4

    Paste the code

In the module's Content tab, paste the embed code into the code field. Keep the <script> tag: Divi expects JavaScript to be wrapped in script tags.

  5. 5

    Save and check the page

Save the page, then open it on the front end to see the widget.

Your embed code looks like this

Copy the exact code, with your widget ID, from the Integration tab in the LinkedInEmbed dashboard.

<div class="linkedembed-widget" data-widget-id="YOUR_WIDGET_ID"></div>
<script src="https://www.linkedinembed.com/embed.js" async></script>

Tips for Divi

  • Control the widget's width with the Code module's Sizing options in the Design tab, or with the row's column layout. The widget adapts to whatever width it's given.
  • Use the Advanced tab's visibility controls to show the widget only on certain devices.
  • Give the module a label under Meta, such as “LinkedIn feed”, so it's easy to find in a long layout.
  • Divi runs on WordPress, so a Custom HTML block in the block editor works too. See the WordPress guide.

LinkedIn on Divi: FAQ

Do I need a plugin to add a LinkedIn feed to Divi?

No. Divi's built-in Code module accepts the embed code, so there's no extra plugin to install or update.

Can I add the widget to a Divi page that's already built?

Yes. Open the page in the Visual Builder, add a Code module to an existing row (or a new one) and paste the code. Nothing else in the layout changes.

Which LinkedIn widget will you add to Divi?

Every widget uses the same embed code, so the steps above work for all of them.
