How to add a LinkedIn feed to HubSpot CMS
In HubSpot, you add a LinkedIn feed through a rich text module: click the module, open the Insert menu, choose Embed, paste the widget code and publish. It works on website pages, landing pages and blog posts.
Step-by-step: add a LinkedIn widget to HubSpot CMS
- 1
Create your LinkedIn widget
Sign up for free, click New widget, choose Person or Company, and paste your LinkedIn profile or company page URL.
- 2
Customize and copy the embed code
Pick a widget (posts feed, profile card, company page, jobs, recommendations, certifications or projects), match your brand, then open the Integration tab and copy the code.
- 3
Open the page in the HubSpot editor
Go to Content, then Website Pages, Landing Pages or Blog, and click the name of the page or post you want to edit.
- 4
Insert the code with Insert → Embed
Click the rich text module where the widget should appear. In the left sidebar editor, open the Insert dropdown, select Embed, paste the embed code into the dialog and click Insert.
- 5
Publish or update
Click Publish (or Update on a page that's already live), then open the live URL to check the widget.
Your embed code looks like this
Copy the exact code, with your widget ID, from the Integration tab in the LinkedInEmbed dashboard.
<div class="linkedembed-widget" data-widget-id="YOUR_WIDGET_ID"></div>
<script src="https://www.linkedinembed.com/embed.js" async></script>Tips for HubSpot CMS
- HubSpot notes that embeds containing a script tag can't be displayed at full width, because they generate dynamic content. Set the width with the module's column in your layout instead.
- You need Edit and Publish permission for the page or blog to add an embed.
- Rich text embeds aren't supported in HubSpot marketing emails, so use the widget on pages, landing pages and blog posts.
- If the script version doesn't render in your setup, paste the iframe snippet from the Integration tab into the same Embed dialog instead.

LinkedIn on HubSpot CMS: FAQ
Which HubSpot content can show a LinkedIn widget?
Website pages, landing pages and blog posts, through the rich text module's Insert → Embed option. Knowledge base articles support embeds too, on Service Hub Professional or Enterprise. Marketing emails don't support rich text embeds.
Do I need a developer or a custom HubSpot module?
No. HubSpot's built-in rich text module accepts embed code, so you can add the widget without building a custom module or editing templates.
Which LinkedIn widget will you add to HubSpot CMS?
Every widget uses the same embed code, so the steps above work for all of them.
